Privacy Policy

1. Account data
- Email and, if you use password login, your password hash — never the plain-text password.
- If you use "Continue with Google": your email and a stable Google identifier — never your Google password.
2. Technical and usage data
- Metadata for each processing job: tool used, file duration, credits spent, date/time, and status.
- Internal usage events, to understand which tools are used.
3. Uploaded and processed files
The video/audio files you upload are stored only temporarily, solely to run the requested processing: input files for up to 24 hours, results for up to 168 hours (7 days). After that they are automatically removed from storage. File content is never used to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Purpose of processing
We use the data above to operate the service (process your file and deliver the result), maintain your account and credit balance, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and understand, in aggregate, how the tools are used in order to improve the product.
5. Providers that help us operate the service
- Google — only for social login authentication; it does not process your file content.
- File storage provider — temporarily hosts files during processing.
- Audio transcription — in the default mode, this runs on our own servers, without sending audio to third parties.
- Payment provider (Asaas) — processes paid-plan payments when applicable; Clipixa never stores your card data.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical practices to protect your data, such as storing passwords only as a hash and encrypting the connection (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers. No system is entirely risk-free, and we do not claim a specific security certification.
7. Data retention
Files: per the periods in section 3. Account data and processing history are kept while your account is active, and may be kept for an additional period after account closure for support, audit, and legal-compliance purposes, without a fixed predetermined term.
8. Cookies and local storage
We only use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep you logged in — we do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising, which is why we do not show a cookie banner.
9. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the contact channel below, under applicable data protection law (including Brazil's LGPD).
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. We are formalizing a dedicated contact channel for privacy questions — in the meantime, general contact information is available on the platform.
